The Corner Brook Minor Hockey Association exists for the purpose of
offering to all students of the Corner Brook/Bay of Islands area a
quality program in hockey.
To this end the objectives of the Association are:
- to provide all students an equal opportunity to participate in
hockey in accordance with interest and ability
- to develop confidence in themselves and respect for others through
hard work and fair play
- to demonstrate, by example, a positive attitude towards others
- to provide instructions, direction and assistance in the
supervision of the hockey program
- to provide hockey programs in a cost effective and efficient
manner
- to secure ice-time for hockey programs in the City of Corner Brook
- to organize hockey leagues, to arrange games, to manage and
administer championship play downs in the City of Corner Brook and to
grant, receive, and contribute toward awards and other distinctions
