New for this year:
Corner Brook Minor Hockey is using Hockey Canada's Online Registration system. This service is provided free of charge to minor hockey associations.
Registration Options:
- Pre-Register online and bring your printed invoice and payment to a registration desk
- Register in person and bring your payment on registration night
NOTE: There will be 2 lines at registration - 1 faster line for payment only (those who register online) and a second line for registering in-person
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- Cheques or Cash are accepted. Payment can be made in full or by three instalments by cheque at a registration desk as outlined below. If paying by instalments, all cheques must be presented to CBMHA at time of registration

ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
When you click the link to register, you will be taken to Hockey Canada's Online Registry. All information you enter is contained within the Hockey Canada registry and is very secure.
Existing members can be re-registered online with just a few simple steps. Follow the online instructions. New members will need the following information for each player registering:
- Player Name, Date of Birth, MCP Number
- Address
The following information is also required:
- Father's Name and email (& residential address only if different from player's)
- Mother's Name and email (& residential address only if different from player's)
- Home Phone; (also Work and Cell if available)
- Emergency Contact/Phone Number
Female players who wish to play in the female division and the mixed house league should complete the online registration in their age appropriate division. Please inform the registrar at the registration night and the player will be added to the female division at that time.
When registering more than one player, complete each registration and click ‘Add To Cart’. When all players are registered, click ‘Checkout’. If you make a mistake, you can ‘Clear Cart’ for the incorrect registration anytime before checkout and pre-register that player again. Only one registration will appear in the registry.
